Our client, a leader in the science and technology sector, is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support their growing operations team in Sterling, VA!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and maintaining project timelines and tracking key deliverablesSupport coordination efforts across multiple teams to help ensure project alignmentParticipate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on priorities and progressHelp monitor the flow of materials and general task statusSchedule internal meetings and coordinate related logisticsContribute to tracking project performance and identifying any potential issuesSupport general budget tracking and assist with reporting as neededAssist in compiling updates and sharing progress reports with internal stakeholdersFlag possible risks or delays and provide general support in mitigating issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a project support, coordination, or administrative capacityComfortable using project tracking tools and general office softwareStrong communication and organizational abilitiesAble to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic team environment

Preferred:

Background working in environments involving production, operations, or technical supportAwareness of project tracking methodologies and performance metrics

Position Information:

Pays $28/hr, DOE.

6-month contract, with strong potential for extension.

100% on-site in Sterling, VA

Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
