Project Controls | Scheduling Specialist with Active Q or TS Clearance

CEIS | Clover Leaf is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Controls and Scheduling Specialist to support complex, secure infrastructure programs at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). This is a mission-critical role contributing to high-priority national initiatives where precision, confidentiality, and collaboration are key.

This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in Primavera P6, Earned Value Management (EVM), and project performance tracking who thrives in secure, multidisciplinary environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed Primavera (P6) schedules and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex, multi-phase projects within a secure national lab setting.

Collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and program stakeholders to ensure accurate task sequencing, resource allocation, and milestone alignment.

Apply EVM principles to monitor project performance, support schedule variance analysis, and generate reporting deliverables.

Produce and maintain status reports, dashboards, and schedule risk analyses to support management decision-making.

Ensure scheduling activities remain compliant with LANL, DOE, and federal requirements.

Participate in project reviews, change control processes, and secure site coordination.

Work onsite in Los Alamos, NM as a trusted contributor to sensitive mission-driven programs.

Required Qualifications:

Active DOE “Q” Clearance or DoD Top Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, project management, or a related field – or equivalent practical experience.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Working knowledge of ANSI/EIA-748-compliant Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in technical settings.

Strong organizational and analytical abilities with a commitment to quality and confidentiality.
