We are looking for a Project Controller to join our new team in Vilnius.
Managing projects master data Projects period-end closing and validation Driving analyses of project performance and financial compliance Data quality and integrity assurance Creation of standardized monthly project reporting package Provide insights in relation to projects Maintain, develop and implement internal controls for projects Support business and maintain value-adding relationships with them Identify opportunities for process improvement regarding quality and control Participation in projects and new tools development Other project controlling activities
Basic requirements for the position
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar business degree 2-5 years of relevant experience Strong analytical mindset Ability to communicate at all levels of organization Good interpersonal skills to become a trusted advisor for the business Customer service mindset, problem solving skills Can-do attitude Advanced written and oral English SAP and other accounting software and databases experience would be an advantage
