Project Control Team Leader

The Project Control Team Leader provides leadership to the project planning, administration, control and documentation team. Responsible for recruitment, employee development, performance management, workload allocation, prioritization and team utilization. You will assist the Project Manager with current changes, provide insights on department predictions, and play a key role in the leadership team.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Work in partnership with European Operations to quantify service levels and set achievable goals for the team
Coordinate service quality, adherence to procedures and ensures implementation of continuous improvement processes
Works with project managers to develop team targets and reporting structure
Ensure all team resources have an appropriate training and development plan and a regularly reviewed Performance Excellence Plan (PEP)
Implement programs to ensure they maintain a motivated, engaged and high performing team
Handle and report resource billing to appropriate activity codes through Clarity
Support manager projects with communication, planning and forecasting
Innovates the processes related to the quality assurance system management relevant to the project execution
Ensures the quality of work in accordance with the procedures and standards in force. Reports corrective actions and ensures that everything is well completed within the operational activities
Ensures all project requirements are met in an appropriate manner
Ensures that all export compliance management processes are followed

You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience Experience in people management/coordination Experience in process and project management Strong understanding of project management processes and documentation administration/planning/control Experience or knowledge of working in an organizational matrix Strong customer service approach Efficient communication, at all levels of the organization English - advanced - verbal and writtenPreferred Qualifications that set you apart:
Understanding of specific PMO EMR standards - preferred Other European language is preferred Excellent communication, critical thinking and you like taking initiatives!
