As Project Control Support you will be responsible for:
Support planning, execution and follow-up of programme activities (schedules, procurement, costs, manpower).Help develop and maintain programme plans, work/procurement plans and contract action plans.Monitor implementation, evaluate results and report on KPIs and achievements.Assist in preparing and controlling financial and manpower resource plans (long-term, mid-term, in-year).Track budgets, forecast deviations, recommend recovery actions and manage budgetary transfers.Review internal expenditures and ensure consistency with Cost-at-Completion (CaC) and ESA procedures.Support tender preparation, proposal evaluations (cost/schedule analysis) and contract follow-up.Help with financial commitments, milestone payment plans and entry into ESA systems.Monitor procurement progress, financial commitments and invoicing.Maintain accurate procurement and contract data in ESA tools (e.g. ESA-p).Coordinate updates to Industrial Return database and ensure alignment with policy targets.Track compensation/improvement measures and procurement coherence with return objectives.Maintain and analyze programme data, track deviations and generate management reports.Operate relevant tools and databases and support process/tool improvements.Support risk management activities across the directorate. Successful CandidateYour skills:
Masters in Engineering or equivalent or MBA or equivalent University degree from a recognized Institution of secondary studies or equivalent qualification in Business Administration.Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.Strong technical background is highly preferred.Knowledge of Agency activities is a strong plus.Skilled at quickly understanding and coordinating input data.Reliable, detail-oriented and proactive in completing tasks.Excellent analytical, organizational and reporting abilities.Strong problem-solving mindset.Proficient with IT tools.Experience with SAP and Agency/TEC-specific tools is an asset.Candidates must be EU nationals.Relocation :
Rome's central location in Italy offers excellent transportation links within the city and across the country. The city is well-connected by a network of highways and railways, with Ciampino Airport or Fiumicino, providing convenient access to international destinations.
