Advises and provides solutions to internal customers
In contractual matters: analyzes files, assesses risks, proposes solutions, designs set-ups, drafts documentation, manages negotiations, etc.
In matters of litigation: analyzes the issues and proposes a litigation strategy, coordinates the various legal actions, proposes levels of provisions, etc.
Selects and coordinates the action of external consultants: legal professions, forensic experts, etc.
Defines models and processes for the processing of subjects: tech contract, validation process, etc.
Leads working groups on identified legal topics: sharing of experience, etc.
Ensures respect of the Group's compliance rules within the framework of his/her tasks
Can lead training modules and share his/her knowledge with his/her team
Ensures transparent reporting to his/her functional and operational hierarchies
If management: ensures the control, organization, support, assessment and training of his/her team
