You are responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully completed on time and on budget. This includes project governance, budget and timeline development, build quality, testing and operational readiness, and the completed project’s readiness to go live.

• Direct and lead the product change process in the Innovation projects for Vietnam on a selected portfolio of brands, collaborate with other PCMs to handle the projects for SEA projects including Vietnam in scope.
• This individual interfaces extensively with local Markets and/or Consumer Marketing, Customer Development/Business Planning/Trade Activation/Sales, Finance, RD&Q, Quality, Legal, Consumer Insights, and all functions within Supply Chain (Procurement, D2P, Manufacturing and Customer Service and Logistics), to deliver projects within the specified time, cost and quality parameters.
• Support and sustain the development and continuous improvement of the I2M process, in order to deliver all product change projects within quality cost and time constraints.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Leader:
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing a broad, coordinated set of projects to meet the revenue, volume, growth, productivity and quality goals and priorities within a category.
• Set up effective relationships with peers and higher management
Project Manager:
• Is the primary contact for project feasibility checks in order to provide maximum information for upcoming projects and/or programs.
• Facilitate the definition of project scopes, goals, tasks and resource (people and cost) requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional groups; apply methods to monitor project progress and provide corrective action if necessary.
• Manage project workflows and timelines. Ensure that suitable risk assessment and contingency planning take place for relevant projects, are communicated and agreed upon by all stakeholders
Process Leader:
• Contribute to the SEA Project Alignment Meeting (PAM) by managing correct distribution and input for project brief to pass validation gates.
• Deliver the agreed projects according to the I2M approach and Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure that project scopes and timing aim to minimize waste (raw, pack write-offs) and unwanted complexity (utilizing existing asset platforms, SKU proliferation) to the business system.
• Enable best practice sharing by ensuring all projects are properly closed out and key learnings are documented (for relevant projects) to all relevant stakeholders and systems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS• University graduate in BA or relevant majors
• Minimum 5 years of related experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity in FMCG.
• Good knowledge of project and process management
• Experience in Demand/Supply Planning is preferred
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
