The Leeds office is home to a growing team of 8, including apprentices, graduates, and senior engineers, a diverse and supportive environment that fosters learning and leadership.
The Role: Project Civil Engineer
You'll be a vital part of the drainage and infrastructure civils team, managing design, delivery, and mentoring. The role includes:
Creating schematic, concept, and detailed drainage/highways designs using Civils 3DDelivering drainage and SUDS designs using Causeway FlowPreparing Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategy reports for planningLeading collaboration across multidisciplinary teamsMentoring and managing junior engineersActing as Project Leader, including oversight of project finances
What We're Looking For
Proficient in Civils 3D (or equivalent), with strong drainage design experienceTrack record of mentoring and line managementKnowledge of Sustainable Drainage Systems (concept and detailed design)Site experience including contractor liaison and health & safety managementExperience in multiple sectors (e.g., NHS, DfE, private sector)Comfortable engaging with local authorities and problem-solving within project teamsStrong quality assurance and project delivery skills
