Responsibilities:

Manage the buying process for a given set of goods according to GE Vernova corporate standards and sourcing policyInterface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgetsManage relationships with suppliers for PO executionFocus on execution of standard enabling activities / provision of advice subject to policy and work routines within an enabling disciplineManage problems and schedule changesUpdate ERP systemResolve issues in situations that require good knowledge and judgment within established proceduresConsult more senior team members for issues outside of defined policy / parametersDevelop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between customer and GE Vernova

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college combined with relevant work experience, preferable in the Sourcing & Buying-ProcurementGood understanding of key business drivers from a corporate/matrix work environment to accomplish own workVery good written and oral Englisch skills
