Join our team in Barcelona as a Business Analyst for a 12-month assignment, where you’ll play a key role in implementing a global Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) system to streamline contract processes and enhance experiences for both our teams and customers


Key Responsibilities:

Analyze contract data in detail and support the transition to new systems, while identifying ways to improve processes.Work closely with stakeholders to collect important information from different sources and systems, and turn these findings into clear, useful reports for management.Document business processes and help create training materials together with the global project team.Communicate regularly with management, providing updates on progress, risks, and any changes that could affect project goals.

Professional Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in reporting, business analytics, or project management, ideally across multiple functions or departments.Proven track record of delivering projects on time with measurable results.Experience in training development, including the creation of training materials and support for knowledge transfer initiatives
