We are recruiting a Project/BIM Engineer to support the growth of our projects business. The purpose of the role is to: •Be responsible for creating & coordinating BIM models for projects under the guidance of the BIM manager. •Produce and export drawings for implementation on site. •Visit site to ensure best practice and undertake As Built surveys •Liaise and work with site teams to ensure IFC drawings are being followed **Key Responsibilities** •Coordination & Construction Issue drawings •Supporting projects with implementing 3D coordination •Working with on BIM manager to assist in any drawing related support required for projects •Writing BIM (digital) strategies and BIM execution plans (for bids and live projects). •Visit sites to validate & check implementation of drawings by the site teams. •Support Project Managers with day to day activities on project delivery. •Train up on the use of the 3D camera under the guidance of the BIM manager. **Person Specification** **Skills** •Present with confidence •Personable **Knowledge** •Operate AutoCAD at a good level •Operate REVIT at graduate level and have desire to become proficient. •Knowledge of electrical & mechanical systems desired.
