Job Summary
We are hiring a project assistant to support the campus digital storytelling initiative. This
initiative is supported by an anti-racism grant focused on different ways of knowing and
storytelling. The person filling this role will work collaboratively with the co-directors of the Office
of Holistic Excellence and with faculty and staff, particularly with instructors teaching in the
University Honors Program. The project assistant will assist in the training of student
storytellers, coordinate with Honors instructors, develop and organize faculty and student
resources, and organize and maintain completed digital stories. The project assistant may also
assist in research components of this work such as coding qualitative data for themes and
communicating research findings in reports, publications, and presentations. This position is for
20 hours per week from hire through December 2025.

The employee will be expected to be on campus regularly, as needed, to meet with students and faculty and to within classrooms. However, a significant portion of the work may be completed remotely. Meetings will occur in-person or online depending on the purpose of the meeting and the expected number of participants.
