What You Can Expect

Under general direction, the Project Associate Manager oversees various projects of a highly complex nature. They are responsible for assembling project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. 

This is a hyrbid role, 2 days on-site required per week in Warsaw, Indiana. 

How You'll Create Impact Gathers and compiles project informationCoordinates the activities of one or more projects, work streams, or functional areas with all levels of necessary stakeholdersResponsible for results in terms of costs, methods, and outcomesResolves issues and ensures task completion by establishing priorities and reaching compromise with team members and functional managersInterprets and executes existing policies and procedures that affect managementRecommends new or modified procedures and processesParticipates in determining objectives of assignmentsAnalyzes gathered data for decision making in conjunction with other project leadersReports on project progress in accordance to the audience
