Job Summary
The Project Associate Manager oversees various projects of a highly complex nature. They are responsible for assembling project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
How You'll Create ImpactPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:
Gathers and compiles project information and aligns with Product Managers.Determines the support activities of one or more projects, work streams, or functional areas along with developing documentation and processes.Responsible for support scope and recommends new or modified procedures and processes as well as system integration if necessary.Resolves issues and ensures task completion by establishing priorities and reaching compromise with team members and functional managers.Identifies appropriate resources needed for projects and product support.Responsible to determine support activities & escalations with 3rd party vendors if necessary.Gathers, analyzes, and shares data with project leaders for decision making.Interfaces with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.Assists with Training & Education content development of projects.Aligns with Systems Tech to integrate w/ support systems.This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and might not necessarily comprise all of the essential functions for purposes of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
