Description We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Project Assistants to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves traveling to designated sites to install signage and document the setup through photos and videos. Based in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, this position requires individuals who are organized, proactive, and comfortable managing tasks independently. Responsibilities: • Travel to assigned locations using a personal vehicle, ensuring timely arrival at each site. • Install signage according to provided instructions and guidelines. • Capture high-quality photos and videos of the signage setup for documentation purposes. • Follow the provided route plan for efficient navigation from site to site. • Maintain accountability for all signage materials delivered to your home or the office. • Communicate effectively with the team to report progress and address any challenges. • Ensure compliance with safety standards during all site visits. • Track mileage and toll expenses for reimbursement purposes. • Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with clients or site personnel. Requirements • Must possess a reliable personal vehicle for traveling to multiple sites. • Ability to effectively manage time while adhering to schedules and routes. • Strong attention to detail for accurate signage setup and documentation. • Proficiency in using a smartphone or camera for capturing photos and videos. • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients. • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative. • Ability to lift and transport signage materials as needed. • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
