Job Description:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES

Project Implementation and Planning

Support Project Coordinator to provide logistical support to field staff.Support Project Coordinator to provide logistical and administrative arrangements and coordination for MoFA project staff, beneficiaries, field staff and related stakeholders.Support Project Coordinator to coordinate with relevant departments in WVSR Office in Jordan and with suppliers.Prepare documentations (translation, draft, printing hard copies) and file records and correspondences related to the project.File scan and copy of vouchers related to procurement and finance transactions.Support Project Coordinator and Manager to review monthly finance report by providing requested information.Provide support for Coordinators when conducting project activities and events in the field.Support Project Coordinator to provide reports in a timely manner for office, donor, or any entity as required.Support Project Manager on project implementation to achieve project goals.Well coordinate with relevant departments in WV office to ensure quality and timely logistical services for the projectWell coordinate with the field stakeholders and the service providers for the quality and timely implementation.Well coordinate with related departments to ensure the procurement, payment and needed actions to be completed on time.Continue to improve the service provision according to feedback from project team, service agreement staff, and beneficiaries.Coordinate with service agreement staff for the administrative and logistical matters.

Monitoring, Evaluation and Documentation

Support Project team to collect all the requested data from field or government.Support Project team to carry out regular field visits to monitor the progress of project activities, according to approved proposal.Manage entry and support analysis of monthly collected data related to the project (such as academic performance and attendance).Coordinate with enumerators, Monitoring evaluation accountability and learning (MEAL) officer and MEAL assistant for the entry and analysis of baseline and endline data.Develop and manage database of the project related data and documentations.

Partnership and Networking

Assist Project team, and conduct and keep records of external meetings and conferences if required.Assist Project team to accept visitors.

Safeguarding and Child Protection

Ensure that the principles of safeguarding and ‘do no harm’ are embedded in all project planning and implementation.Assist in identifying, reporting and responding to existing and potential child protection threats affecting the children participating in the project activities.Comply fully and ensure field staff’ compliance with World Vision’s policies, including the Safeguarding policy and code of conduct, and donor Policies and Procedures.

Other

Any other duties as assigned by Project team.Provide initiative in maintaining positive, constructive and supportive communication within the project team and other shareholders.Support Project Manager in translation when needed.Ensure attendance record and report to Project Manager and P&C in a timely manner.

KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

Required Professional Experience

Working experiences of 1- 2 years in private sector or in humanitarian sector.Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (both oral and written)Proven commuter skills for effectively using email software and MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point.

Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification

Bachelor degree (preferably in Education, Sociology or related field)

Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications

Good working knowledge and understanding of project cycle and implementation of education or/and child protection project. Experience in an inclusive education field is preferred.Experience working with at-risk, out of school, vulnerable children and families.Experience of, and commitment to, working through systems of community participation and accountability.Proven skills for proper documentation and detailed logistical management.Experience of implementing Japan funded projects and understanding of donor compliance is preferred.

Must be well organized and detail-oriented for proper documentation and administrative work.Highly motivated to provide quality services for beneficiaries.Ability to travel to project sites in high frequency.Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.Good interpersonal skills and emotional maturity to work with team in harmony.Demonstrated accountability and professional integrity (including punctuality and ability to work from home).
