Project Architect
Responsibilities + Perform code review and ensure compliance with project budgets and schedules. + Select, evaluate, and implement design components used in projects. + Evaluate existing conditions and formulate responses to challenges. + Supervise and produce Construction Documents through CAD and BIM. + Coordinate and perform quality assurance on consultants' work. + Conduct construction administration for select projects. + Maintain project files for multiple projects simultaneously. + Communicate specific project tasks to clients and team members. + Design and implement project scopes of work, ensuring compliance with schedules. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Revit is essential, with a strong emphasis on producing CDs. + Architectural license required. + Technical experience in all phases of design, documentation, detailing, and construction. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr. Benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance**, paid group life insurance, and short termand long-term disability. You will be eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance upon commencement ofemployment, and the balance of the benefits after successfully completing the 90-day probationary period.Your PTO will accrue for the full calendar year as follows: 10 accrued vacation days, 5 accrued sick days, 2accrued personal days, and nine (9) paid holidays. We offer flexible hours and a hybrid work setting after theinitial 90-day probationary period. SSP offers a voluntary 401(k) profit sharing plan as well as an employerfunded 3% safe harbor profit sharing plan; participation would begin after you have completed the plan’seligibility period of 1 year and 1,000 hours of employment. Participation starts on the next available enrollmentdate after the eligibility period. Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Princeton,NJ.
