We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Architect to lead the design and execution of our largest projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique needs of commercial and industrial projects, strong leadership skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and documentation of a diverse group of projects from concept through construction administration.Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design excellence and project success.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and educational facility guidelines.Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.Participate in client presentations, community meetings, and stakeholder engagement sessions.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.Licensed Architect (or on licensure track with significant progress).7+ years of professional experience.Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with 3D modeling and visualization tools is a plus.Strong knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and educational design standards.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with LEED, WELL, or other sustainable design certifications.Familiarity with state and local educational facility requirements and funding processes.Bilingual abilities are a plus, especially in communities with diverse populations.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $53.00/hr.
