Job Description
We are searching for a licensed architect with a degree from a NAAB accredited program to lead the creation of architectural models using Revit for commercial projects. These projects range in size from 5,000 to 50,000 square feet and require expertise from schematic design, design development, construction documentation, to construction administration.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop finished plans, specifications, and material approvals under the direction of a senior level designer.Communicate directly with mid or senior level designers and project managers regarding architectural model development.Perform project programming and analysis, site surveys, and documentation.Lead the production of quality construction documents while taking direction well and seeking feedback.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit and architectural design.Experience in construction administration, design development, and schematic design.Demonstrated understanding of IBC, accessibility, and local zoning codes in the state of Utah.Completion of at least 5 commercial projects.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in SketchUp.Architectural degree from a NAAB accredited program.Licensure preferred.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
