Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Architect with 15+ years in the architecture field. This role requires proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD and expertise in construction documents through construction administration. Experience in multi-use projects is beneficial.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage architectural projects from inception through completion.Prepare detailed construction documents.Coordinate construction administration tasks.Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for project designs and documentation.Collaborate on multi-use projects.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.Extensive experience in construction documents and administration.Schematic and architectural design expertise.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Architecture.Experience with multi-use projects is a plus.Work Environment
The position is based in a small office located in Quincy, MA. The role primarily requires presence in the office but offers flexibility with a couple of remote days.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43.00 - $48.00/hr.
