You will oversee field surveys, site evaluations, and excavation efforts, while supervising and mentoring field crews and junior staff. Responsibilities include preparing technical reports, coordinating with clients and regulatory agencies, and contributing to client outreach. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CRM, strong knowledge of federal and state preservation laws, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a team-oriented, safety-first environment. **1.
