Project and Service Delivery Manager
Job Description SummaryAs the Project Manager for High Acuity Care, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and service delivery of IT solutions in Anesthesia, Intensive Care, and Operating Room environments. This role involves managing client-server solution deliveries to healthcare customers, ensuring successful project execution, and aligning internal and external stakeholders. The position requires strong project management skills, clinical workflow knowledge, and collaboration with both local and global teams.

Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities:Overall project planning, monitoring and control of all project resourcesService delivery design and managementResponsibility for resilient revenue planning (forecast)Synchronization of internal and external expectations for specific projectsProject reporting to internal and external stakeholdersPlanning, coordination and moderation of workflow analysis workshops at the customerChange Management: Coordination of the transition phase with the goal of sustainable changeRisk management including control measuresMain contact person also in case of conflicts throughout all project phasesProject acceptance planning and implementation including definition of test scenariosElaboration of the professional and technical documentationWork directly with Healthcare customers and third parties on the development of the hospital workflow in relation to IT solutionsClose collaboration with the country specific functions such as sales, application specialists and other technical serviceClose collaboration with global functions such as engineering, product management and marketing

Qualifications / Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalentdemonstrate a high level of composure, professionalism, and knowledge of healthcare business environmentsExperience with clinical workflow in ICU’s and OR’sExcellent analytical skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills, be able to develop effective working relationship with the client and team membersProblem resolution and creativity in solution developmentStrong customer focusFluent in Finnish.Fluent in English.Hybrid worker, on site presence project dependent up to 20%Relevant experience in Project Management or project leadership role in IT deliveries

Desired Characteristics:Relevant experience in service deliveryStrong process orientation and a firm commitment to quality.Experience working in the Healthcare IT industry and with knowledge of Hospital IT Systems.
