Primary Responsibilities
Supports and coordinates with the Lead and Project Specialists for deliverables, schedulesProvides analytical insights using data to identify trends, recommendationsEnsures compliance and ongoing tracking and management of projects, using the QBE processesBuild and maintain effective ongoing working relationships with stakeholdersManage change control process and ensure details are accurately recorded in the planPrepare detailed project plan, governance structure and reporting templates to manage special cross functional projects as neededProvide regular updates to project stakeholders and PMO teamProvide assistance through coordinating and collating inputs from the different stakeholders to get necessary sign offsEnsures that that all project documentation is updated based on the inputs provided during meetings and via emails.Provides administrative support to the project/transition teamDevelop and maintain effective working relationships within the department
Required Education
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Required Experience
• At least 1-2 years experience in program/ project management
