The opportunity: Customer Service Support Advisor
• Location: Client office - Gurgaon (Cybercity)
• Employment type – FTE, 12-month contract
• Shifts: EMEA/UK shift timings, 5 days working, rotational week offs
Your key responsibilities
• Voice Role: Primarily focused on handling international customer inquiries and issues through voice calls.
• Online Front-Ending
• Upselling: Requires the ability to identify upselling opportunities and integrate them into customer interactions.
• Sales Pitch Flexibility: Should be adaptable and flexible in adjusting sales pitches based on customer responses and
needs.
• Inbound Operations: Deals with incoming customer calls and inquiries.
• Customer-Focused: Prioritizes customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
Qualification
• Experience required - Freshers
• Qualification - Bachelor's degree (any)
• Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Strong Logical reasoning and interpersonal skills
• Competence in Windows based tools (Outlook/Word/Excel)
