For more information, visit SolomonEdwards Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Analyst II and a Senior Program Analyst (Consulting) to join a leading Top 10 U.S. banking institution with a national presence. These consultants will support complex business and technology initiatives within a high-visibility PMO. The roles focus on program delivery, financial tracking, stakeholder reporting, and governance. Ideal candidates bring strong commercial banking expertise, organizational discipline, and experience supporting enterprise-wide change efforts. Essential Duties: • Manage relationships with stakeholders across business, finance, operations, and technology. • Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and support steering committee logistics. • Communicate status, risks, and issues clearly across stakeholder levels. • Support change readiness, user training, and post-implementation activities. • Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet). • Maintain integrated schedules and documentation including charters, dashboards, and compliance artifacts. • Monitor budgets, forecast resources, and report financial variances. • For senior roles: Lead cross-project reporting, risk management, and portfolio analytics. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field. • Project Analyst II: Minimum 3 years’ experience in project coordination or PMO support. • Senior Program Analyst: Minimum 5 years in program analytics or financial tracking across business lines. • Experience in commercial banking or regulatory programs is strongly preferred. • PMP, CAPM, Agile (Scrum, SAFe) certifications are a plus. Skills and Job-Specific Competencies: • Strong knowledge of commercial banking (e.g., lending, payments, deposits, treasury, compliance). • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities; deadline-driven. • Proficient in Excel, JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet; Power BI or Tableau experience a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication, including executive reporting. • Collaborative and independent work ethic; strong problem-solving skills. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in large, cross-functional environments. Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion. Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training.
