The EMEA Merchant Acquisition Sales and Client Management organization is a team of different nationalities speaking more than 28 languages based in Madrid. Our teams successfully acquire and manage relationships with merchants in all European Markets. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to gain deep understanding and lead lasting and significant change in the EMEA Telesales & Client Manager organization. The successful candidate for this role will focus on supporting Sales & Client Manager teams on various and diverse projects to enhance performance and results throughout the business unit, as well as support leadership and other teams on developing and delivering internal initiatives.

Assist all teams in project management and business development Collaborate on audit, governance and compliance projects Support the team on sales initiatives and plans Understand, identify, evaluate and document key risks and controls Document, map and track processes and procedures Design, Develop and Deliver Change projects to close gaps and process enhancements across the organizationMinimum Qualifications
Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions to complex control, financial, sales or technical issues Strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver high quality, actionable feedback Effectively works independently within a team construct, while supporting teamwork and achievement of team objectives Structured organized and strong procedural and change management skills Strong analytical, stakeholder management, time management, problem solving and planning skills. Multidisciplinary profile with ability to quickly adapt to change and learn Ability to lead and deliver complex change programs in a matrix organization.
