The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Project Analyst to join our project management team on a contract supporting Department of Homeland Security. The Project Analyst will support various government program activities taking place at DHS sites across the continental United States.


Responsibilities:

Serve as the Project Analyst to assist in the everyday function of the division. Responsibilities include:


• Track, analyze, and document all program activities and updates
• Provide administrative support for monthly Program Management Review (PMR) Meetings
• Provide support for monthly government Pre-PMR Meetings
• Provide project manager support as required on all projects including data analytics and data visualization
• Provide support for Audit Entrance and Exit Meetings
• Provide meeting support for assigned Program Management Office engagements
• Provide support for development of the SharePoint page and administration of the page once established
• Interact with both government and contractor staff to progress activities and meet deadlines
• Maintain/update SOP’s and Technical Documentation
• Provide support to government kanban board by facilitating the weekly review and updating as applicable
• Develop and disseminate Team Meeting Agendas; Facilitate Team Meetings (Offsite’s, Ops Daily Scrum, etc.)
• Capture and disseminate meeting minutes
• Perform additional duties as assigned


Qualifications:

Required: 

• Able to obtain/maintain DHS Entry on Duty (EOD) suitability clearance
• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience
• Strong experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), MS Teams and Office 365
• Working experience with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
• Working experience with creating and maintaining Kanban boards
• Strong meeting facilitation and presenting abilities
• Understanding of IT Service Management
• Excellent organization, self-starter and capable of transitioning between working independently and as part of a larger team


Desired:

• Previous DHS or DoD experience
• ITILv3 or v4 Foundation certification
• Previous experience with ServiceNow and PPM
• Previous experience with PowerBI dashboards

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$72,700 - $149,200
