Description
The Project Analyst supports the execution of branch transformation initiatives - including openings, closures, relocations, and renovations - by coordinating efforts across teams and vendors. This role involves actively participating in internal and external calls to capture essential updates and maintain accurate documentation within the project tracking report to ensure seamless execution of Retail Network Transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and distribute project tracking reports including key metrics and status updates with a focus on customer impact and expectationsHost weekly project calls with vendors and key internal departments to track progress and resolve issues Manage shared mailbox communications and ensure timely confirmations are sent to key stakeholders to support project deliveryCoordinate with internal representatives and external vendors to schedule and confirm project milestones Lead preparatory calls to confirm task completion and proactively address process gapsEnsure customer-facing materials and communications are timely and accurateRequired Qualifications
3+ years of experience in project coordination or business support rolesStrong communication and organizational skillsDemonstrated success in delivering results independently while knowing when to escalate issuesProficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and OutlookExperience hosting and managing stakeholder calls in TeamsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications

Hours per week: 40
Work Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Location is flexible in Citizens retail branch footprint; role is hybrid based out of Citizens office location.
