Project Analyst
**Project Analyst** _Work Mode: Hybrid_ **Location: ** Hybrid – Kohler, WI **Opportunity** Under direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Project Analyst is responsible for conducting basic, task-specific business analysis and summarizing the results. This would involve developing information and statistics, maintaining on-going files necessary for the managers to develop forecasts, marketing strategies, new products, and strategic plans, and assisting with any other special projects dealing with an existing product line or channel. **Specific Responsibilities** + Draft reports and presentations to support valued metrics, activate operational opportunities, financial & resourcing data. + Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications or technology devices, such as standard office software. + Responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports. + Contribute to reviewing existing operations and generate new ideas to assist in continuous improvements. **Key Competencies:** + Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. + Shows optimism and enthusiasm that affects others positively. + Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to solve problems + Passion for probing deeply for root causes; Using systematic problem-solving methods. + Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments. **Skills/Requirements** **Required:** + Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Business, Data or Finance + Marketing experience preferred + Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting + Excellent organizational and communication skills with great attention to detail. + Must be self-motivated to see an opportunity, dig in, find root cause, collaborate & be a catalyst of change management **Preferred Background History:** + Work experience or degree as a Business Analyst or People Systems Analyst + Experience working with Creative Teams & or Work Management Tools like Workfront, Monday, or Workamajig \#LI-DNI \#LI-SM1 **_Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future._** _We believe in supporting you from the moment you join us, which is why Kohler offers day 1 benefits. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
