Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Project Analyst. Summary: In this position, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating technology projects with business partners to deliver capabilities to Gas Infrastructure Field Operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Upstream Field Operations and poses business process expertise and can leverage this knowledge to develop and deliver a project portfolio. This is a key position in a fast-paced, high-tech company. Duties: * Define business workflows and establish performance benchmarks for project requirements * Oversees a variety of large-scale projects of high complexity * Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports * Secures required resources and use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes * Identifies issues and challenges, measures and validates results, and implements solutions * Provides expert information to internal and external clients on complex issues * Creates and communicates presentation materials for report out and updates with various levels of internal and external stakeholders * Conducts external research and stays abreast of new developments or innovative advancements pertaining to the project * Provides coaching, leadership, and direction to project team * Work closely with the operations teammates and business partners to fully understand the user functionality, pain points and areas of improvement within our applications * Assist and help with the delivery of special projects and small enhancements and assist in reviewing and improving policies and procedures * Review statistics, validate or challenge the way things have always been done and identify areas for process and/or support tool improvements and efficiencies
