The EMEA Merchant Acquisition Sales organization is a sales team of different nationalities speaking more than 28 languages based in Madrid. Our teams successfully acquire and manage relationships with merchants in all European Markets.

How will you make an impact in this role?
Within SS&S, the Project Analyst role is responsible of managing projects to support driving results. It’s essential to understand and identify the channels strengths and opportunities by consulting with stakeholders and creating innovative and value-added change management, communication.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to gain deep understanding of the EMEA Telesales & CCLM organization, develop and refine strategies and specific analysis / modeling solutions, and work with exposure to and insight from the leadership.
Main responsibilities
The successful candidate will quickly develop relationships and position him/herself in an advisory role to identify opportunities, analyze complex variables and create strategies that enhance sales and client management performance. This role is for an ambitious self-starter who is comfortable working within ambiguous parameters in a dynamic organization Identify and implement opportunities to leverage systems and databases to provide reporting and analytical data and insights to address key business needs Execute robust processes to deliver monthly reporting, ad hoc analysis, trigger based call models, forecasts and results Execute and report on recurring and ad hoc sales and CRM campaigns Serve as liaison with technical teams (voice / data) Develop business insights to gain understanding of portfolio performance. Identify trends in activation, cancellation, and activity level. Ability to drive results while working on multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and in changing environmentsMinimum Qualifications
B. Sc. (or equivalent) in Statistics / Mathematics / Engineering (or similar) Strong analytical skills, minimum 2 years’ experience in analytics / MI role Good English language communication skills, both verbal and written Technical Skills: SQL - Big Query Expert,Excel Advanced, intermediate Python programming skills, CRM Salesforce administration and data visualization tools (Nvision,Power Bi).We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
