You will be responsible, among other things, for coordinating project activities, maintaining and updating the project schedule, managing assignments, monitoring progress and communicating with the project team. This multifaceted role includes planning activities, coordinating resources, managing risks, and communicating with stakeholders. The project administrator will work closely with the project manager and assist with project documentation and coordination, scheduling support and managing resources. Strong communication skills are a must. Your mission is to help the project meet quality standards and deliver on time and within budget. This is an onsite position in San Antonio, Texas. **What You’ll Do:** + Exceptional communication skills: Acting as a liaison between the project team, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication. + Administrative Support: Manage various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing project documentation + Schedule Management: Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and identifying potential delays + Budget Management: Assisting with monitoring project budgets and updating cash flows. Create and maintain POs, change requests and budget tracking to ensure projects stay within budget, and assist with financial reporting. + Project Coordination: Help coordinate project activities, work request orders, etc., ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget + Documentation Management: Maintain project records, reports, and documentation, keeping all project-related information organized and clearly accessible. + Exceptional Communication skills: Acting as a liaison between the project team, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication. + Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed. + Model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans. **What You’ll Need:** + Associate or bachelor’s degree required. + Three years of related experience. + Expertise Knowledge of Project Management software and MS Project scheduling tools, etc. are preferred + Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. **Preferred Experience** + Bachelor's Degree preferred + Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. + Excellent communication skills: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and project managers. + Time management skills: Manage time effectively and ensure that projects are completed on time. + Proficiency in project management software: Proficient in using project management software to track progress and manage tasks. + Knowledge of project management methodologies: Have a good understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Critical Path and Waterfall. + Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset. + Intermediate math skills.
