Job Description
The Project Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting multi-location corporate engineering and advanced technology teams, ensuring high-quality project execution and communication using standard processes, systems, and project management principles.
Responsibilities
+ Ensure projects supported or led by shared engineering teams meet specific customer and internal stakeholder requirements, program goals, timelines, and budgets through system data integrity and timely data-driven decision making.
+ Utilize data from internal systems to accurately communicate various elements of project status to all stakeholders.
+ Provide general operating support to leadership, resource owners, and individual contributors.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in project management.
+ Strong data analysis abilities.
+ Expertise in Microsoft Project.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, or Finance.
+ 5 or more years of experience in project management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Project Management certification preferred, such as CAPM or PMP.
+ Advanced experience in MS PPM or similar project software preferred.
Work Environment
The team operates out of the corporate headquarters in Davidson, NC, with a goal to expand their engineering footprint.. A hybrid work schedule is offered with flexibility on which days are worked remotely, and there may be opportunities for overtime. The work environment focuses on efficient and sustainable climate innovations for buildings, homes, and transportation
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
