CACI is currently looking for a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Administrator with Agile methodology experience to join our Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Land Border Integration (LBI) Integrated Traveler Initiative 2.1 (ITI2.1) team in Northern Virginia! Join this passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting the best practices in Agile Software Development and hardware integration for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

CBP Officers and Border Patrol agents are on the front lines, every day, protecting our national security by combining customs, immigration, border security, and agricultural protection into one coordinated and supportive activity.

What you’ll get to do:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Project Administrator to provide front-line support for our program office. This role will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, support administrative operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day support for program staff and leadership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Manage the front desk as the primary point of contact for all visitors, clients, and staff
Manage guest badging, security check-ins, and escorting visitors as needed.
Coordinate with CACI security for employee and contractor badge processing.
Partner with facilities to maintain and update the program’s floor plan.
Serve as point of contact for facilities-related needs and requests.
Arrange and coordinate travel for program staff, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
Prepare and submit expense reports in accordance with company policy.
Support scheduling and logistics for special meetings, including ordering lunch, reserving conference rooms, and preparing materials.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to program leadership and staff.
Assist with coordination of events, visits, and other program activities as needed.
Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Proactive problem-solver with a talent for anticipating needs and managing complex schedules
You have:
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria will include:
3-year check for felony convictions
1-year check for illegal drug use
1-year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud
Professional Experience: at least three (3) year related experience; particularly working on government contracts
Must be willing to work on-site in Sterling, VA, 5 days per week.
You are good at:
Proficient with MS Excel; SharePoint
Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic; self-starter

The proposed salary range for this position is:
