Manages invoicing, documentation, and administrative project support for service operations, ensuring accuracy from project initiation through closeout.
Job Requirements:
Experience in general accounting processes
Knowledge of construction and contract administration
Data entry proficiency
Experience reviewing and processing invoices for accuracy
Ability to process warranty invoices
Familiarity with procurement and job costing procedures
Preferred Skills:
HVAC industry knowledge
Experience with Oracle or Salesforce systems
Understanding of P-Card purchasing processes and documentation review
Job Responsibilities:
Review service documentation for invoice accuracy and compliance
Process warranty invoices in coordination with service teams
Manage procurement activities related to service parts and materials
Support project managers with job costing and budget tracking
Maintain routine project documentation from award to closeout
Coordinate with technicians on P-Card purchases and recordkeeping
Ensure timely customer invoicing for multiple projects in varying stages
Assist with administrative closeout of completed projects
Pay: 18-24

Pay Details: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour
