This local role is based in our Mackay office supporting our dynamic operations team.

Key responsibilities will include.Weekly invoicing and client claims.Procurement and purchase order management.Cost tracking and variance analysis.Credit card reconciliation.Daily timesheet entry and weekly payroll for 40+ employees.Admin support to site manager and project team.Travel and medical bookings.Assist with site compliance and onboarding.General office duties.
What you will bringMining Experience preferred but not essential.Strong MS Office skills.Willingness to learn new systems.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and customer service focus.Team-oriented mindset.Positive attitude and commitment to professional growth.
