Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Project Admin to join our field services team in Tempe, AZ. This role is integral to supporting project teams by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating communication. The Project Admin is responsible for logistics, documentation, and resource coordination to help projects stay on track and meet their objectives.
ResponsibilitiesCapture information from different sites and consolidate it into Excel.Track time and manage scheduling.Maintain project documentation, create reports, and track progress against project plans.Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute information to stakeholders.Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.Assist with resource allocation, track resource availability, and manage project-related expenses.Coordinate travel arrangements, manage project-related events, and ensure smooth logistical operations.Provide general administrative support to the project team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.Essential Skills5+ years of Project Admin experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - particularly ExcelStrong organizational and analytical skillsAdditional Skills & QualificationsAssociate or Bachelor's DegreeExperience in the construction or semiconductor industriesWork Environment
This position is based in the Tempe, AZ office, situated off Kyrene Rd between Warner & Elliot. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours from 8am to 5pm or 7am to 4pm, totaling a 40-hour work week. This is an hourly position with no overtime opportunity. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
