The Role

The Project Administrator role is based at our Canning Vale office and reports into the Senior Planner, whilst also working alongside our Senior Team Administrator. You will provide professional coordination, administrative and documentation support to the project as required.

Permanent full time role Monday - Friday basis (38 hr week)Managing our workers training and complianceCoordinating procurement of services and goodsClaim/invoicing supportFacilitating weekly timesheet processesAdministrative support and office operationsAssisting with generating monthly reporting
