Job Title: Project AdministratorJob Description

Seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Administrator to support a $200 million+ construction project in Orlando. This is a unique opportunity to join a legacy design/build firm and play a key role in the growth and maturity of its construction division. This role is ideal for someone with construction experience who thrives in a support role and is looking to grow into a leadership position over time.

ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and document control support to the project team.Manage and maintain project documentation using Procore and other construction management software.Assist in developing and implementing systems and procedures to support project operations.Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure documentation compliance.Support field office operations and transition to the project site trailer when mobilized.Serve as a liaison between the field team and corporate office.Contribute to the long-term development of administrative processes for future projects.Essential SkillsExperience in construction, document control, submittals, RFIs, and project coordination.Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software.Strong organizational and communication skills.Comfortable working in a field office environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.2+ years of experience in a construction-related administrative or coordinator role.Experience working with a General Contractor, steel erector, concrete subcontractor, or small local GC.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.Work Environment

The work environment includes a 4-wide trailer complex field office with Wilscot trailer type setup. The initial work will take place in a corporate office setting, transitioning to an on-site trailer. The project is estimated to finish up late 2027/early 2028. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $34.00/hr.
