Project Administrator
Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to support Project Managers in the execution of Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects, specifically within the Southern California Edison (SCE) environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SCE systems and processes, and experience in construction or utility project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:Assist Project Managers with schedule updates and job closeout activities.Ensure work readiness by tracking permits, purchase orders (POs), and closeout documentation.Prepare and manage change order documentation, including Field Change Orders (FCOs) and supplements.Input and maintain project schedules and notes using Click Schedule.Track and update work orders for scheduling readiness using FMP360.Provide general administrative and coordination support across multiple projects.Required Qualifications:Must have prior experience working with Southern California Edison (SCE) and familiarity with its systems and workflows.1–5 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or construction support roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel.Experience with project tracking tools such as Quickbase, Ragic, or similar databases.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Tools & Systems:Click Schedule (SCE-specific)FMP360 (SCE-specific)GOMochaQuickbaseRagic (internal database – training available)Top Skills:Project Coordination & AdministrationConstruction SupportChange Order ManagementData Entry & Document ControlScheduling & Work Order TrackingMicrosoft Excel & Office SuiteDatabase Management (Quickbase, Ragic)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
