Position Summary Responsible for planning, preparing, scheduling, filing, and other requests from field projects, clients, or other-in house departments and other branch offices. Key AccountabilitiesAssist with scheduling meetings and organizing project plans
Maintain project documentation and ensure records are up to date
Communicate effectively with team members and support coordination efforts
Monitor project timelines and assist the team with task completion
Prepare basic reports and presentations as needed
Support budget tracking and manage expense documentation
Follow up on action items to help keep projects on schedule
Job-Specific Skills (Knowledge, Experience, Capabilities, Systems)
Strong organizational skills for managing documents and schedules
Proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Keen attention to detail in tracking deadlines and project updates
Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team environment
