**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Provides support to project managers (FSO and iCenter);
+ Creates the report after which the budget is allocated for the establishment of revenues and costs within the Time & Expense projects;
+ Ensures that the project is correctly configured in the system, and the financial plans are registered and updated accordingly in the financial system;
+ Participates in project meetings, both related to factory projects and European projects;
+ Collaborates closely with project managers and other support teams to obtain relevant details for project delivery;
+ Offers support in cost planning, estimates, resource management and documentation for iCenter projects;
+ Monitors the progress of the projects and proactively communicates with the team any changes to the project that may have an impact on our dedication to the client;
+ Periodically reviews projects together with project managers, risk identification, ensuring that the project budget is updated based on the most recent estimate.
+ Collaboration with project managers to ensure the correctness of the budget in the system and the tracking of gross profit;
+ Timely monitoring of the financial circuit within the project, including the outstanding parts together with the financial department;

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Minimum of one year of working experience or in a similar role;
+ Experience in database management system;
+ Proven expertise and active involvement in process improvement initiatives;
+ Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Knowing another language is an advantage;
+ Familiarity with Oracle and Clarity Toolbox.
