ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Obtain and manage liquor, health, business, and other licensing needs for 200+ venues nationwide. Track license expiration dates and maintain compliance calendars to ensure timely renewals. Work with risk, operations, and legal departments to ensure all licensing needs are addressed. Stay informed on regulatory changes and communicate potential impacts to stakeholders. Assist Risk department with site audits and inspections to ensure venues adhere to local codes.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends & ASM policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) 1-2 years of experience in research, licensing, permitting, regulatory compliance, or a similar roleSKILLS AND ABILITIES
Willingness to learn about regulatory environments and governmental processes. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat required- data management a bonus.COMPENSATION
Hourly range of $27.00 - $32.00 commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
