Project Accountant

KEITH is looking for a Project Accountant to join our team in our Corporate Office in Pompano Beach, FL.  We are looking for positive individuals to fit our energetic culture.  We are a well-established multidisciplinary company that offers civil engineering, land surveying, subsurface utility engineering, planning, landscape architecture, and construction management services.  The firm was founded on the principle of achieving success by combining the latest technology with client oriented business practices, and a strong group of talented professionals.

What you'll do:

Monitor project costs/performanceReview costs/draft invoices with Project ManagersPrepare project invoices monthlyFollow up with clients regarding Accounts ReceivableAssist with FDOT Audit Packages when neededAssist with setting up and maintain project records in both Deltek Vantagepoint and KEITH Network. Assist Project Managers with proposal and contract preparation and QA/QC, prepare and monitor subconsultant agreementsAdditional Accounting Assistance as needed

What you'll need:

Experience with project accounting software; Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint is preferredExperience in the A/E/C industry preferred (Architecture, Engineering, Construction)Experience with billing preferred, FDOT billing a plusAbility to work independently
