Job Title: Project Accountant
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Project Accountant to join our team. This role involves managing financial aspects of projects and ensuring accuracy in documentation and administration.

ResponsibilitiesManage client invoicing and collections.Track and maintain project budgets.Assist with coding and processing accounts payable (A/P), timesheets, and expense reports.Ensure accurate contract documentation and administration.Collaborate with project managers and staff to resolve financial issues.Perform other related duties as needed.Essential SkillsProficiency in accounting and project accounting.Experience with general ledger, reconciliation, and month-end processes.Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Familiarity with Earned Value Management.Ability to handle confidential information.Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
