Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. 

Responsibilities About the Service: Kent Prisons Substance Misuse Service is a specialist service that is committed to supporting service users to tackle their drug and alcohol use, reduce reoffending and lead happier, healthier lives. Whether their aim is to stop using substances completely, to cut down, or for harm reduction information, we are here to support that journey.  About the role: The focus of the role is delivering and developing group interventions for the prisoners engaging with the Psychosocial Substance Misuse Service within HMP/YOI Rochester East Sutton Park & HMP Maidstone, using evidence based practice, covering the most appropriate issues to the service users. This will primarily be our Foundations of Rehabilitation programme, but also include group interventions such as SMART Recovery and pod working. This role is based full time in HMP Wandsworth.  About you: We’re looking for a innovative Programmes Facilitator (group worker) to join our team, with experience of delivering group work, who is committed to providing the best solutions to our service users. Someone that will proactively promote engagement in group interventions.
