Will act as the Treasury’s technical liaison with partners who have interfaces with the Treasury. May also work on other data and ETL related projects as needed. *Essential Functions and Responsibilities:* * Develop and maintain C# console apps for ETL purposes * Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for file management * Manage interface file storage * Manage FTP infrastructure * Establish logging and monitoring practices for all interfaces * Develop and execute test plans for new interfaces and changes to interfaces * Extensively document processes including data flows and file formats * Develop competency with the Commonwealth Information Warehouse (CIW) and facility Treasury’s ad hoc reporting needs * Maintain reporting databases in SQL Server * Maintain MS Access ad hoc reporting databases * Attain expertise in all aspects of payment processing at the Treasury * Attain proficiency with NACHA rules and regulations and ACH file formats * Attain proficiency with data integration with ArcGIS mapping software * Learn how to administer, maintain, and develop Salesforce solutions *Supervisor Responsibilities:* * N/A *Knowledge and Skills:* * Intermediate skills using C# for ETL and file management * Intermediate skills with PowerShell scripting * 2 years of previous programming experience * Intermediate skills with T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server * Demonstrated understanding of FTP systems * Demonstrated project management skills * Previous experience developing ETL process * Previous experience documenting system processes * Strong desire to learn and develop new skills * Ability to manage competing priorities * Ability to work regularly on-site and remotely according to schedule approved by Treasury Management * Microsoft Office proficiency *Physical Requirements:* * Ability to lift up to 10lbs * Ability to sit for extended periods of time *Hybrid Work Environment:* All new hires at the Office of the State Treasurer and Receiver General (Treasury) will go through an In-Office Orientation Period consisting of a combination of virtual, in-person and on-the-job training so as to assimilate you to the Treasury’s culture and work environment. Following the initial In-Office Orientation Period a gradual transition to hybrid work will take place over the first 3-8 weeks of employment. The hybrid work environment will consist of a minimum of two (2) days in the office each week, with one of these days being either aMonday or a Friday. Hybrid work arrangement is based on business needs of the department.
