Programmer Analyst

**CTG is seeking to fill a Programmer Analyst opening for our client in Anchorage, AK.**
**Location:** Anchorage, AK
**Duration:** Permanent placement
**Duties:**
+ Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications using .NET and C#.
+ Lead or support migration of applications to cloud or hybrid Azure environments.
+ Build and manage integrations between internal systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
+ Work closely with end-users to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide application support.
+ Manage code and deployments using Bitbucket or similar source control tools.
+ Contribute to project initiatives, including technical design, implementation, and documentation.
+ Ensure solutions align with business needs, IT strategy, and security best practices.
**Skills:**
+ Strong proficiency in .NET and C# web application development.
+ Experience with cloud or hybrid environments, preferably Azure.
+ Proficiency with system integrations, APIs, and data connectivity.
+ Familiarity with source control tools (Bitbucket preferred).
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
+ Ability to work onsite and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
**Experience:**
+ Proven background in .NET and C# web development.
+ Hands-on experience with cloud migration or hybrid deployments.
+ Demonstrated experience with integrations between enterprise systems.
+ Preferred: Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and migrating legacy systems to cloud environments.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected pay range for this position is $40.00 to $50.00 per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
