The Programmer Analyst is an important part of RCM Systems Support and will have the opportunity to expand RCM Systems Support knowledge.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create ETLs using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)Design and maintain SSRS reportsRelational model Database support (design/modification)Design, develop, test and deliver applications ensuring user needs are metTechnical documentationManipulating and processing large volumes of dataSelf-motivated, work in a multi-team environment, and provide 24/7 on call support on a rotating basisTroubleshooting servers (Windows Server 2008 to 2022)Manage priorities appropriately, meet deadlines, and satisfy commitmentsPerform other tasks, as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Basic to Intermediate knowledge and at least 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS, SSMS) – 2008-2022ETL development tools are a plusExperience with database and data structure design (Vision for ERD/UML)Solid understanding of Web Architecture, SOA and middleware interfaces (HTML5, JSON, CSS), APIs and Web ServicesSome knowledge of Cache, CICS, Reflections, DB2, MySQL, Object Script Coding (VBScript, VB.Net, VB6)Intermediate to Advanced experience with object-oriented programming language C#, PowerShell, Visual Studio/TFSSome exposure to cybersecurity platforms and DevOps Tools (BRINQA, Snyk, Bitbucket, etc.)Some experience writing Java and jQuerySome experience with JavaScriptExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiencesExperience in writing functional and technical specifications, coding and testing programsDemonstrate accuracy and attention to detailPrior experience in health care fields is a plusPreferred candidates will live close to the Burlington, NC office in case they need to go onsite.  Otherwise, this position can be considered hybrid. 

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years programming experience
