Programmer/Analyst 1   Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. Experience : 2+ years of experience in Customer support activities. 2+ years of experience in support manufacturing systems. Experience using Postgresql, Linux and SQL.   Knowledge : Knowledge and/or experience with manufacturing systems, Java, SQL, PostgreSQL, and Linux. Skills / Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively present facts and recommendations in oral and written form. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure while managing multiple tasks. Solid problem-solving skills. Responsibilities/Activities: Analyze, test, maintain and support manufacturing systems. Interface with other systems and users worldwide. Analyze and recommend changes for performance improvements. Follow documentation and configuration management policies and procedures. Help develop test cases and support documentation.
